Jazz Lounge Spa is seeking a friendly front desk associate to welcome clients and handle inquiries with professionalism. You will greet guests, manage bookings, and coordinate schedules using our spa management software.

In this role, you will answer calls, messages, and emails about services, pricing, and hours. You will also upsell spa services, memberships, and retail products to increase guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Reception, or Client Relations within a spa, salon, wellness center, or hospitality setting in the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma with relevant front-desk experience.
• Experience in the UAE hospitality sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly on arrival and assist with inquiries.
• Manage client bookings, appointments, and schedule adjustments using spa management software.
• Answer incoming calls, messages, and emails regarding spa services, packages, pricing, and hours.
• Upsell spa services, memberships, and retail products during inquiries and check-outs.
