Qualifications

• Previous receptionist/front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Willingness to learn Mindbody and similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage front desk operations bookings appointments and client enquiries
• Handle opening and closing preparations
• Maintain accurate client records and tracking
• Manage and update bookings through online platforms such as Mindbody
• Handle basic administrative and computer-related tasks
• Prepare drinks for clients if required
