Euro Staffs, in partnership with Tula Studios in Dubai, seeks a proactive Front Desk Receptionist & Sales Executive to welcome clients, manage scheduling on Mindbody and Shopify, and drive memberships and retail sales.

The role blends front-desk duties with proactive sales, requiring strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to train teammates in studio operations. Work location is in-person in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience with Mindbody platform is a plus; previous front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and manage scheduling via Mindbody and Shopify.
• Oversee studio operations, class schedules, cancellations, and reservations.
• Manage inquiries by phone and email and upsell memberships and packages.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles and daily sales reports.
• Train colleagues and support studio operations and sales.
