Dorchester Collection in Dubai is seeking a Wellness Host to deliver luxury service and create unforgettable guest experiences. You will uphold the We Care philosophy, ensure pristine pool and wellness areas, and build genuine connections with residents and families.

Fluent English and a guest-centric attitude are essential; additional languages are an advantage. Training via our award-winning academy helps you achieve the highest standards of craft and leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or wellness experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delight guests and uphold brand standards across all touchpoints.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the pool and wellness areas.
• Assist with beverage delivery, opening/closing, and pool-area setup and breakdown.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Contribute to the Dorchester Collection culture and We Care values.

• You will assist with beverage delivery open closing and preparing the pool area for residents and their families inclusive of the set-up and breakdown of sun loungers and maintaining all areas to ensure our Residents and their families receive a seamless and consistently luxurious experience
