Job summary

The Lana Dorchester Collection Dubai is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to deliver exemplary service in a luxury setting. You will warmly greet guests, present menus, and upsell with your passion and knowledge while ensuring the highest guest satisfaction.

You will set up and close the outlet, support captains and teammates, and maintain pristine service standards. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus in our diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant professional certification or hotel school diploma.
• Experience in luxury hotels and restaurants in the Middle East.
• English fluency required; other languages are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned outlet to ensure top guest experience.
• Warmly greet guests, present menus, and upsell items with passion and knowledge, ensuring the highest guest satisfaction.
• Set up and prepare the outlet for service and supervise its closing, maintaining pristine standards.
• Support captains and teammates to ensure swift service and well-presented, properly maintained outlets.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold service standards across all areas of the restaurant.

You will be jointly responsible for the day-to-day operations of the assigned outlet to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience You will be in charge of warmly greeting guests assigned to your area of the restaurant presenting the menu recommending and upselling menu items through you passion and knowledge ensuring the highest guest satisfaction You will also be in charge of setting up and preparing the outlet for service as well as overseeing its careful closing once service has concluded You will actively support the captains and other team members by ensuring that pristine polished equipment is always readily available food and beverages are run swiftly to tables and table settings are consistently maintained at a perfect standard Serving others is your passion you will be ensuring the outlet is in immaculate condition and all service standards are adhered to
