Job summary

Dorchester Collection's One at Palm Jumeirah seeks a Wellness Beach Supervisor to oversee the pool, beach and wellness areas, leading a dedicated team to deliver attentive, luxurious service for residents and guests. You will supervise opening and closing, coordinate beverage service, maintain sun lounger setup, and ensure cleanliness, safety and presentation across the day.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel, resort, private beach club or high‑end

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel, resort, private beach club or high‑end residential environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Well organized, detail‑focused and able to manage beach and wellness operations independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the pool, beach and wellness areas at One at Palm Jumeirah while leading the team to deliver attentive, welcoming and luxurious service.
• Supervise the preparation, opening and closing of pool, beach and wellness areas.
• Coordinate beverage service and oversee daily setup and breakdown of sun loungers, ensuring cleanliness, presentation and safety throughout the day.

• You ll also supervise the preparation opening and closing of the pool beach and wellness areas
• Coordinate beverage service and oversee the daily setup and breakdown of sun loungers maintaining immaculate cleanliness presentation and safety throughout the day
• Though skillfully trained in operational excellence you will never lose sight of your ultimate responsibility to lead by example and create memorable relaxing and safe moments for our residents and their families
