Job summary

Dorchester Collection’s Residences team is seeking a Wellness Host with 1–2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or residential environment. You will bring a professional presence, positive energy and a passion for delivering exceptional service, learning from our award-winning academy to achieve the highest standards of craft service and leadership, becoming a legend in your own story.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, resort or residential environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work collaboratively and with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to the Residences team and guests.
• Create relaxed, welcoming environments with high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

You bring 1 2 years experience in a luxury hotel, resort or residential environment. Communication is what keeps our teams connected. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, work collaboratively with colleagues, and contribute positively to a culture of teamwork and mutual respect. You are well organized, adaptable, and detail focused, able to work independently with minimal supervision while supporting the wider team. English is the primary language used at AVA. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Additional languages are an advantage.
