Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, or sales.
• Proven ability to upsell and meet sales targets.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Presentable and professional appearance for a premium wellness environment.
• Proficient with booking systems, CRM software, and payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors warmly, maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, emails, and appointment bookings.
• Manage client registrations, schedules, payments, invoices, and daily reception activities.
• Explain the centre’s services, packages, memberships, and wellness programmes to prospective clients.
• Follow up with clients regarding appointments, enquiries, renewals, and feedback.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure smooth daily operations.
