OnTime HealthCare Services in Abu Dhabi seeks a presentable, customer-focused Receptionist cum Sales Executive to manage front-desk operations, uplift client experience, promote wellness services, and drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling and memberships.

The role requires handling calls, bookings, registrations, payments and daily office tasks with a target-oriented, proactive approach in a premium wellness environment. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, customer service, sales, or front-desk operations.
• Proven sales skills with upselling and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Professional, well-groomed and presentable appearance for a premium wellness environment.
• Strong customer service skills and a confident, friendly, and persuasive personality.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage appointments, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking systems, CRM software and payment systems.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable initiating sales conversations.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Welcome clients and visitors warmly, maintaining a professional reception area.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, emails, and appointment bookings.
• Manage client registrations, schedules, payments, invoices, and daily reception activities.
• Explain the centre's services, packages, memberships, and wellness programmes to prospective clients.
• Follow up with clients regarding appointments, enquiries, renewals, and feedback.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Promote and sell wellness services, Pilates sessions, fitness packages, memberships, and other centre offerings.
• Actively upsell premium packages, membership upgrades, additional sessions, and complementary wellness services.
• Cross-sell relevant services to maximise revenue per client.
• Convert walk-in enquiries, telephone enquiries, social media leads, and WhatsApp enquiries into bookings and paying clients.
• Follow up with prospective clients to close sales and encourage repeat purchases.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the centre.
• Inform existing clients about promotions, seasonal offers, new services, and membership renewal opportunities.
• Maintain a database of leads and track enquiries, conversions, follow-ups, and sales performance.
• Build long-term client relationships to improve retention, referrals, and repeat business.
