• Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk role preferred.
• Experience in gym/health club or hospitality is an advantage.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Professional telephone and WhatsApp etiquette.
• Good computer knowledge including email, MS Office, spreadsheets, and booking/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members, guests, and prospective clients professionally.
• Manage reception area and maintain welcoming environment.
• Answer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and inquiries.
• Provide information on fitness services, schedules, memberships, and facilities.
• Manage appointments and bookings, cancellations, and schedule changes.
• Assist with member registration and maintain client data.
• Coordinate bookings with instructors and staff.
• Handle inquiries professionally and escalate when required.
