Arada is expanding its Wellfit member experience team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and help drive member retention. We are seeking a passionate Member Experience Executive to work across in-club, phone, and email channels, ensuring every member feels valued and engaged.

You will collaborate with fitness and membership teams to tailor programs, address queries promptly, and contribute to a welcoming, high-standard club environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to anticipate member needs and provide solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of fitness programs and services is a plus.
