Role Context

The Membership Coordinator serves as a central contact for members using the resort 's fitness, pool and wellness facilities. Accurate agreements, responsive communication and clear benefit explanations help strengthen member satisfaction, improve retention and support revenue from memberships, day passes and retail products.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, friendly and engaging service to members and hotel guests.
• Support the daily administration of the ReConnect membership program.
• Maintain current knowledge of fitness classes, facilities and available services.
• Assist members and guests with facility check-in procedures.
• Explain fitness classes, pool day passes, promotions and membership options.
• Provide accurate information about wellness products and retail items.
• Support retail sales and answer product-related questions.
• Collect membership payments according to approved procedures.
• Prepare membership agreements and verify that required information is complete.
• Explain membership benefits, access conditions and available services.
• Respond to member enquiries in person, by telephone or through approved communication channels.
• Resolve routine concerns and refer complex matters to the ReConnect Assistant Manager.
• Maintain an accurate and updated membership database.
• Organize membership agreements, payment records and supporting documents.
• Process member requests and follow up on unresolved service matters.
• Consolidate monthly reports covering membership activities and transactions.
• Follow departmental policies, operating procedures and service standards.
• Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
• Identify and report potential health and safety hazards.
• Maintain excellent personal grooming and cleanliness.
• Complete additional duties assigned by management.

Ideal Profile

Candidates should possess a high school diploma, relevant vocational training or at least one year of work experience. Previous exposure to a luxury hotel or fitness centre is preferred but not essential. CPR and First Aid certification will be advantageous. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, and Russian-language ability is required. The preferred applicant will have a friendly personality, strong people-interaction skills and the ability to manage member records with accuracy and discretion.
