Arada is seeking a Member Experience Executive for Wellfit to deliver exceptional customer experiences and help drive member retention. You will welcome members, handle inquiries, and assist with service requests while building relationships across in-club, phone, and email channels.

The role focuses on recommending suitable programs and services, gathering feedback, and supporting retail operations to maintain club standards and engagement across the wellness community.
