Job summary

Jobsatdubai is seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator to develop a culture of health and wellbeing in Dubai, UAE. This role focuses on planning and executing wellbeing events and managing customer inquiries, contributing to the success of Cigna's wellbeing strategy.

The ideal candidate is an Emirati with a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include liaising with internal teams and vendors to enhance health initiatives and provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

• UAE National (Emirati) with a valid UAE passport.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service or administration.
• Background or demonstrated interest in health and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and execute wellbeing events.
• Serve as first point of contact for wellbeing inquiries.
• Gather and track event data and program metrics.
