Job summary

AECOM Middle East Ltd in Dubai is seeking an Occupational Health and Wellbeing Specialist to support employee wellbeing initiatives across the Middle East and Africa region. This full-time position involves coordinating health campaigns, maintaining wellness calendars, and preparing performance reports.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2 to 3 years of experience in health and wellbeing roles, strong communication skills, and a positive approach to employee care.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience in health, wellbeing, employee engagement, or support coordination roles.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good understanding of workplace wellbeing programs and employee support initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively across multicultural teams and regional offices.
• Strong administrative accuracy and reporting capability.
• Positive approach to employee care, inclusion, and workplace engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating regional wellbeing campaigns, wellness events, webinars, and awareness initiatives.
• Support localisation of global wellbeing materials for use across UAE, KSA, and wider MEA offices.
• Maintain calendars, schedules, and timelines for health and wellbeing activities.
• Track participation, attendance, and feedback from wellbeing programs and internal initiatives.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and internal updates related to wellbeing performance and engagement.
• Maintain records, documentation, and compliance files for health and wellbeing programs.
