Lockton is seeking a Corporate Wellbeing Manager to lead the development, implementation and management of corporate wellbeing programs for clients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will oversee client engagements, drive growth, and ensure high-impact wellbeing solutions across your markets.

The role emphasizes strategic program design, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring junior team members within a supportive, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Interest in wellbeing and ability to engage with clients on wellbeing topics.
• Experience planning and coordinating events or programs.
• Ability to build and maintain client and insurer relationships.
• Strong time management to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver corporate wellbeing programs aligned with client needs.
• Lead client engagements and support business growth in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Ensure program delivery is compliant with applicable policies and regulations.
• Prepare client communications and program reports with clear insights.
• Collaborate with People Solutions and other teams, mentoring Wellbeing Associates.
