Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Health & Wellbeing Manager MEA to lead the regional strategy and evolve a scalable wellbeing proposition. You will align with Commercial, Clinical, Operations, and external partners to drive client engagement and differentiation.

Responsibilities include strategy development, product ecosystem ownership, client enablement, and governance to ensure delivery excellence across MEA accounts. Clinical background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in health & wellbeing strategy or employee benefits.
• Strong programme design experience, not just delivery.
• Experience working with clients in a commercial/B2B environment.
• Ability to translate broad concepts into structured frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions.
• Experience with vendors / external partners.
• Clinical background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the regional Health & Wellbeing strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Translate global capabilities into a locally relevant MEA proposition.
• Develop structured frameworks to standardise delivery.
• Own the Health & Wellbeing product ecosystem and lifecycle management.
• Act as SME for Health & Wellbeing across Sales and Client Management.
• Oversee design of client wellbeing approaches and ensure high-quality execution.
• Define approach to measuring engagement and use insights to refine the proposition.
