Job summary

Mirabaud Group in Dubai seeks a Relationship Manager (Business Developer) to expand the External Asset Managers market, build a trusted client base, and promote tailored investment solutions. You will manage your own pipeline and deliver wealth-management services aligned with client objectives within an entrepreneurial environment.

You will work closely with a Team Head, cultivate relationships, and actively promote the bank's offerings to drive growth in a dynamic wealth-management operation.

Qualifications

• This role requires a degree in finance or economics and a proven ability to develop client networks.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills are essential to build trust with external asset managers.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and client service mindset are expected.

Responsibilities

• Proactively create a portfolio of self-acquired clients focusing on External Asset Managers (EAM).
• Monitor your pipeline according to individual and team objectives.
• Build trust-based client relationships through regular, personalized contact.
• Assess client financial situations and objectives with support from a Team Head as needed.
• Provide wealth management services by formulating integrated, client-focused solutions.
• Promote the bank's products and tailor investment solutions to clients.
