Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Dubai's DIFC seeks a Relationship Manager to be the primary contact for high‑net‑worth clients, delivering the full wealth management suite in collaboration with the Investment Manager. You will acquire new clients, grow assets and uphold the highest client experience standards.

Fluency in English is essential, with 10–12 years of experience. You will ensure AML/KYC compliance while leveraging a strong network and market knowledge to provide tailored wealth solutions.

Qualifications

• Masters degree with a background in Finance preferable; CFA or MBA desirable.
• Fluency in English is a prerequisite.
• At least 10-12 years industry experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and maintain HNW/UHNW relationships and increase wallet share.
• Responsible for Net New Assets creation and revenue generation.
• Manage AML, KYC and supervisory reviews for client relationships.
• Collaborate with Investment Managers to discuss goals and asset allocation.
• Support growth strategies and participate in client events and marketing activities.
