Ali & Sons invites you to join our service team as a Warranty Administrator. You will manage warranty claims, ensure timely submissions, and maintain accurate records in line with principal requirements.

The role requires at least 4 years of automotive warranty experience, a Diploma/Degree in Automotive Technology, fluent English (Arabic preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Teams/Zoom. You will support the Service Manager with warranty-related duties.

Qualifications
