Job summary

Sofomation Energy seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to support the Store In charge and Warehouse Manager in optimizing overall warehouse performance.

The role focuses on maintaining stock accuracy, managing inbound/outbound processes, and ensuring WMS accuracy with strong knowledge of FMCG warehousing and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of warehousing/supply chain experience, preferably FMCG.
• Knowledgeable with up-to-date inventory systems and international scope.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Store In charge/Warehouse Manager to drive warehouse performance.
• Maintain 100% stock accuracy via regular system cycle counts.
• Monitor stock of all materials, manage damaged/aged/over-under stock, keep WMS current.

Job description

Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Mandatory Experience of FMCG or Food Or Beverage Manufacturing

Role & responsibilities

• The Warehouse Supervisor is expected to support the Store In charge/ Warehouse Manager in the overall effectiveness and performance of the entire warehouse team and respective functions
• Maintenance of stock accuracy of 100% by scheduling of system cycle count regular basis.
• Monitor stock of raw tea, Flavors, Herbal, packaging/promotional, consumable and controlling the damaged items, aged stocks, over/under stock of all materials in warehouse and ensure WMS is up to date at all time.
• Trouble shoot basic issue of WMS, co-ordination with Service Provider and making sure to run it smoothly.
• To contribute in the reduction of operating cost, plan schedules which include better management of utilities, and minimize wastage of materials and avoid damage to company assets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 8 - 10 years experience in warehousing/ supply chain environment, preferably with FMCG environment exposure; knowledgeable with up-to-date inventory systems & other Warehouse-related system in international scope.
• Knowledgeable & with working experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Diploma or Graduate of Industrial Engineering or Business Management Course or any SCM related course.
• Knowledgeable of SQL intermediate & other warehouse related system in international scope.
• Certificate or experience on any ERP will be added advantage.
