Job summary

Client of ProCnnct - Human Resource Solutions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily FMCG warehouse operations in Dubai. You will lead inventory control, streamline receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, and supervise a team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehouse management, strong knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, and proven ability to improve efficiency while ensuring safety and compliance with UAE standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably within FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Experience managing warehouse teams.
• Good understanding of FIFO/FEFO and FMCG stock handling.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• UAE experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving storage picking packing and dispatch
• Ensure accurate inventory control and stock reconciliation
• Supervise warehouse staff and manage daily manpower requirements
• Maintain proper FIFO FEFO procedures for FMCG products
• Monitor stock levels expiry dates damages and discrepancies
• Coordinate with procurement sales logistics and supply chain teams
• Ensure compliance with health safety and warehouse standards
• Improve warehouse efficiency productivity and operational processes
• Prepare and monitor warehouse KPIs and operational reports
