Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring accurate inbound/outbound activities and robust inventory controls. You will lead a team, drive process improvements, and coordinate with finance and project teams to maintain integrity of stock records.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse/inventory management, strong Excel and ERP experience, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse and inventory management experience, preferably in construction, telecommunications, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of construction and manufacturing materials.
• Experience in warehouse process development and inventory optimization.
• Excellent understanding of stock control, warehouse operations, and inventory reconciliation.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (advanced functions, PivotTables, reporting) and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience working with ERP systems (such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations across multiple locations.
• Receive incoming shipments, unload materials, inspect for damages, and verify quantities.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve warehouse procedures and inventory control.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and record stock movements in the ERP system.
• Conduct routine physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of materials using FIFO methods.
• Prepare, pick, pack, and dispatch materials for projects and internal departments.
• Generate and analyze project-wise material consumption reports.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure accurate transactions.
• Support auditors with inventory records and documentation.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and compliance.
• Manage inventory across multiple locations and regional operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse environment per health and safety standards.
• Monitor slow-moving/obsolete stock and recommend corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile
