Job summary

IFFCO in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead inventory management, ensure 100% FIFO, monitor stock levels and coordinate with production and customer service to meet targets.

You will implement SOPs, manage WMS and MHE, control costs, and develop internal controls for inbound/outbound transactions, while maintaining safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of warehouse/supply chain experience in food manufacturing.
• Must have a degree in supply chain, commerce, business, engineering or any other relevant discipline.
• Master degree and/or Supply Chain related certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inventory Management and ensure that stocks are available as per company norms.
• 100% FIFO execution in terms of stock movement.
• Review and control the warehouse cost in line with the budgets.
• Consistently deliver on Manpower efficiency improvement plan.
• Develop and maintain strong internal controls over the in-bound and out-bound of all the transactions.
• Prepare the necessary claims and reports in case of products discrepancy (damages/shortages).
• Monitor stock level and arrange for timely replenishment with the help of Inventory Management System.
• To support production and customer service teams to meet business targets.
• To ensure proper implementation of SOP’s and prepare strategies with regards to Warehouse Operations including WMS, MHE & Capacity.
• To ensure safe & healthy work environment.

Job Summary

Establish optimum Long, short & medium term shipment plans to meet sales requirements etc with optimum utilisation of available resources.

Roles & Responsibilities
