Job summary

T.Choithram & Sons LLC in Dubai invites an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, including date coding, labeling, inbound receiving, put-away, and inventory control. You will ensure FEFO compliance, supervise staff, maintain records, and prepare performance reports.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent, 2-3 years in warehouse operations, and proficiency in MS Office; SAP ERP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day date coding and labelling activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with business and regulatory requirements
• Plan, allocate, and monitor daily work activities to ensure productivity targets and delivery schedules
• Oversee inbound receiving, stock put-away, inventory movements and storage activities
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts, stock audits and reconciliation
• Ensure FEFO principles are followed during storage, coding and dispatch operations
• Monitor inventory levels of labels, ribbons, ink, packaging materials and other consumables and coordinate timely replenishment
• Ensure date coding and label printing equipment are properly maintained through routine inspection, cleaning, troubleshooting and repairs coordination
• Verify products are correctly coded and labelled before dispatch to prevent complaints and non-conformities
• Supervise, train and evaluate warehouse and coding staff, ensuring SOP adherence
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and a safe, organized environment
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports on productivity, inventory, coding accuracy and equipment performance
• Perform other duties assigned by line managers or Supply Chain Manager
• Ensure import consignments samples are available for Municipality inspections
• Ensure all consignments are received with complete accuracy
• Ensure stocks are stacked properly at designated storage areas
• Coordinate picklists and forward to pickers as per schedule
• Ensure goods picked and delivered on time
• Move returned stocks to correct storage on time
• Pack loose items into appropriate cartons
• Address short expiry, expired or damaged stocks timely
• Maintain QHSE temperature log sheets timely for all warehouses
• Ensure all dispatches are completed within the scheduled time

• Prepare daily weekly and monthly operational reports including productivity inventory coding accuracy and equipment performance
• Perform any other duties assigned by the line managers or Supply Chain Manager
• Ensure the Import consignment product samples are available for the Municipality Inspections
• Ensure all consignments are received with complete accuracy
• Ensure all stocks are stacked properly at designated area Storage bin Sites
• Segregate the picklist and forward to deployed pickers as per the schedule
• Ensure goods picked and delivered on time
• Ensure all retuned stocks are properly moved to actual storage bin on time
• Ensure all loose pieces are packed and stored in a proper carton
• Check ensure all short expiry expired damage stocks are actioned on time
• Check ensure QHSE log sheets for temperature are maintained and updated on timely for all the warehouses
• Check and ensure all assigned store dispatching completed within the time Warehouse space management

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE

• Diploma or equivalent qualificationGood communication skills
