Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or data entry.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Xpedeon, D365, Oracle, SAP, or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Enter warehouse transactions such as Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), material issues, stock transfers, production consumption, and dispatches into the ERP system.
• Verify transaction details against supporting documents and resolve discrepancies with relevant departments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all transactions are updated within the required timeline.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse activity reports.
• Support cycle counts, annual stock takes, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Organize and maintain warehouse documents, including delivery notes, GRNs, invoices, and transfer records, ensuring easy retrieval and traceability.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Quality, and Finance departments to ensure smooth processing of warehouse transactions.
• Monitor pending transactions and follow up with concerned departments to close them in a timely manner.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve data accuracy, reporting, and warehouse processes.
• Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards while performing assigned duties.
