Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving, verifying documentation and inspecting goods.

• Proficient in forklift and pallet jack use with safety adherence.
• Strong numerical and record-keeping for inventory control.
• Follow SOPs and health and safety regulations in warehouse.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or FMCG is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Role Description

The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role is responsible for receiving, unloading, and checking incoming goods, ensuring items are stored safely and accurately within the warehouse. The Warehouse Associate will pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, maintain organized inventory and storage areas, and assist with regular stock counts. Daily tasks include operating material-handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety and quality standards, and updating basic warehouse documentation or systems. The role also involves collaborating with supervisors and team members to meet operational deadlines and support smooth warehouse workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes, including verifying documentation and inspecting goods for accuracy and quality.
• Experience with packing and order preparation, ensuring items are correctly labeled, packaged, and ready for dispatch.
• Ability to safely unload trucks and containers, handle goods of varying sizes and weights, and organize materials in designated areas.
• Skilled in forklift operation and pallet jack use, with adherence to equipment safety guidelines and warehouse traffic rules.
• Basic numerical and record-keeping skills to support inventory control and stock checks.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or FMCG operations is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
