Job summary

IFFCO Group in Dubai is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a full-time on-site role. You will handle receiving, unloading and checking goods, ensure safe storage, and help prepare orders for shipment.

You will maintain organized inventory, perform stock counts, and operate equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, while following safety standards and updating warehouse records. Teamwork and punctuality are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving, verifying documentation and inspecting goods.
• Experience with packing, labeling and dispatch readiness.
• Ability to unload trucks, handle varying sizes/weights and organize materials.
• Proficient in forklift and pallet jack use with safety adherence.
• Strong numerical and record-keeping for inventory control.
• Follow SOPs and health and safety regulations in warehouse.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or FMCG is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and check incoming goods.
• Store items safely and accurately in the warehouse.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain organized inventory and storage areas.
• Assist with regular stock counts and reconciliation.
