Job summary

Madi Group in Dubai is seeking an onsite Warehouse Picker to select and prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, and adhere to WMS procedures while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Collaboration with team members helps meet daily targets and optimize workflow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics role is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic math skills and good communication are important.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to company standards.
• Operate pallet jacks and hand trolleys safely.
• Ensure correct labeling and placement of goods for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors for optimal workflow.
• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors promptly.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts as assigned.

Your attention to detail and organizational abilities will be essential in meeting daily operational targets.
