Job summary

Unity Star Import and Export FZE LLC in Dubai is seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant to support day-to-day warehouse operations. You will receive and organize goods, prepare orders, maintain stock accuracy, and ensure proper handling and storage.

The ideal candidate should be organized, physically fit, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment. UAE experience is an advantage but not mandatory, with immediate or short-notice joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution or FMCG is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and check incoming goods against delivery documents.
• Inspect products for damage, shortages, or incorrect quantities.
• Arrange and store products in their designated locations.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stocks.
• Support regular stock counts and inventory checks.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures where applicable.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly received items to the supervisor.
• Handle products carefully to minimize damage and stock loss.
• Keep shelves, storage areas and workspaces clean and organized.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, logistics, and delivery teams.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, distribution, FMCG, food trading, or similar environment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory procedures is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical duties, including standing, lifting, carrying, and moving goods.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work accurately.
• Willingness to work as part of a team.
• UAE experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period may be preferred.
