• Take accurate food and beverage orders using a digital ordering system ensuring all special requests are clearly noted
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner checking that each order is complete and presented appealingly
• Monitor tables for customer needs proactively refilling drinks and addressing any concerns to enhance guest satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, ensuring foundational knowledge for customer service.At least 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, demonstrating the ability to thrive under pressure.Certification in food safety or responsible beverage service, highlighting a commitment to health and safety standards.Fluency in English is required; additional language proficiency (e.g., Spanish, French) is a plus for diverse clientele engagement.
