Sunset Hospitality Group in Dubai is seeking passionate Waiters & Waitresses to join our award-winning luxury dining brands such as SUSHISAMBA, Signor Sassi, and L’AMO. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences and support your team to uphold the highest standards of service.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a luxury restaurant or five-star hotel, fluent English, and strong knowledge of wine and cocktails.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in luxury settings (restaurant, upscale venue, fine dining, or five-star hotel).
• Proven ability to deliver premium guest-centric service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent knowledge of international cuisine, wine, spirits, cocktails, and luxury service etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service throughout the guest journey, reflecting luxury hospitality standards.
• Build genuine guest relationships, anticipate needs and exceed expectations.
• Present menus confidently and provide recommendations on food, beverages, wine, and cocktails.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge including allergens and pairing suggestions.
• Take and process guest orders using the restaurant POS system.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and host teams to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain impeccable table settings, cleanliness and presentation.

As a key member of our Front-of-House team, you will lead by example in delivering exceptional guest experiences while inspiring and supporting your team to uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service throughout the guest journey, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest hospitality standards.
• Build genuine relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations.
• Present menus with confidence and provide expert recommendations on food, beverages, wine, and signature cocktails.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including menu ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and pairing suggestions.
• Accurately take and process guest orders using the restaurant POS system.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and host teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain impeccable table settings, cleanliness, and presentation in accordance with luxury dining standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and professionally resolve any concerns.
• Support the team during busy service periods while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
• Consistently uphold brand standards, grooming requirements, and health and safety regulations.

Ideal Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a luxury restaurant, upscale lifestyle venue, fine dining restaurant, or five-star hotel.
• Proven ability to deliver premium, guest-centric service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent knowledge of international cuisine, wine, spirits, cocktails, and luxury service etiquette.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a naturally engaging personality.
• Fluent English is essential; additional languages such as Russian, Spanish, Italian, are an advantage.
• Impeccable grooming, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience using restaurant POS systems.
• Strong and effective in recommendations and upselling.
