Job summary

Sunset Hospitality Group in Dubai seeks a Head Waiter to lead luxury dining service for SUSHISAMBA, Signor Sassi, and L’AMO. You will guide service, train staff, and ensure VIP guest experiences at a high-volume, premium setting.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years as Head/Senior Waiter in luxury brands, strong food and beverage knowledge, and excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in internationally recognized luxury lifestyle dining brands, premium restaurants. Previous international experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, sake, and premium guest service.
• Proven experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant operations.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages e.g. Russian, Italian, Spanish, are an advantage.
• Strong customer service and upselling skills.
• A positive, energetic, and guest-focused personality with a passion for luxury hospitality.

• Supervise and support Waiters and Commis Waiters throughout the shift.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of the menu, beverages, cocktails, sake, and wine to confidently recommend and upsell.
• Handle VIP guests and resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain SUSHISAMBA's luxury service standards, grooming, and attention to detail.
• Work closely with Restaurant Managers and the kitchen team to ensure smooth service execution.
