Job summary

Sunset Hospitality Group in Dubai is seeking passionate Waiters & Waitresses to join our award-winning luxury dining brands such as SUSHISAMBA, Signor Sassi, and L’AMO. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences and support your team to uphold the highest standards of service.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a luxury restaurant or five-star hotel, fluent English, and strong knowledge of wine and cocktails.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in luxury settings (restaurant, upscale venue, fine dining, or five-star hotel).
Proven ability to deliver premium guest-centric service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Excellent knowledge of international cuisine, wine, spirits, cocktails, and luxury service etiquette.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional, personalized service throughout the guest journey, reflecting luxury hospitality standards.
Build genuine guest relationships, anticipate needs and exceed expectations.
Present menus confidently and provide recommendations on food, beverages, wine, and cocktails.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge including allergens and pairing suggestions.
Take and process guest orders using the restaurant POS system.
Coordinate with kitchen, bar and host teams to ensure seamless service.
Maintain impeccable table settings, cleanliness and presentation.
