Job summary

SUSHISAMBA Dubai is seeking experienced Hostesses to join our front-of-house team across SHG's award‑winning concepts. You will welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and coordinate with Reception and Restaurant teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of hostess experience in luxury dining, proficiency with SevenRooms or similar systems, fluent English, and a polished, professional presence in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a memorable first and last impression.

• Maintain guest profiles and reservation information using SevenRooms or similar systems.
• Coordinate with Reception and Restaurant teams during busy periods for smooth turnover.
• Handle guest feedback professionally while maintaining grooming and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests warmly, ensuring a professional and memorable first and last impression.
• Manage reservations, guest enquiries, waitlists and seating arrangements while maintaining an efficient service flow.
• Recognize and assist VIPs, regular guests and special-occasion bookings, ensuring preferences and requests are communicated to the team.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation information using SevenRooms or similar systems.
• Coordinate closely with the Reception and Restaurant teams during busy periods to ensure smooth table turnover and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest feedback and requests professionally while maintaining exceptional grooming and presentation standards.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Hostess within a luxury restaurant, fine-dining or premium lifestyle concept.
• Experience using SevenRooms or similar reservation systems.
• Confident working within a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills with a polished, professional presence.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
