Qualifications

As a key member of our Front-of-House team, you will lead by example as the final point of contact in the guest journey, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while inspiring and supporting your team to uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional, and memorable farewell experience to every guest.
• Accurately process cash, credit card, and digital payments in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare and present guest bills with efficiency, accuracy, and discretion.
• Ensure all transactions are correctly recorded using the restaurant POS system.
• Balance cash drawers and complete end-of-shift reconciliation procedures.
• Handle refunds, discounts, voids, and adjustments in line with company guidelines.
• Work closely with the restaurant management and service teams to resolve billing queries promptly and professionally.
• Always maintains confidentiality and security of financial transactions.
• Support the reception and front-of-house team during peak operating hours when required.
• Ensure the cashier station remains organized, well-stocked, and maintained to luxury hospitality standards.
• Adhere to company policies, financial controls, and health and safety procedures.

Ideal Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cashier in a luxury restaurant, upscale lifestyle venue, fine dining restaurant, premium retail environment, or five-star hotel.
• Previous experience using restaurant POS systems and payment processing software.
