Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a guest-oriented hospitality professional to welcome guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating in a luxury dining setting.

You will assist with menu guidance, upsell specials, and maintain high cleanliness and safety standards while supporting a dynamic service flow. The role requires 1–2 years in hospitality and fluency in English, with additional languages preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hospitality or front‑of‑house experience.
• High school diploma required; additional training preferred.
• Fluency in English and at least one other language preferred (e.g., Russian, Arabic).
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury or fine dining environment.
• Valid work eligibility; willingness to work flexible hours.
