Qualifications

• Prior experience in All-Day Dining operations.
• Strong knowledge of menu, promotions, allergens and outlet operations.
• Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure while delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional, friendly manner.
• Take guest orders accurately and communicate with kitchen/bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to standards.
• Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned and maintained during service.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests, escalating when needed.
• Process bills and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Support colleagues during peak periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety and health & safety standards.
• Assist with opening/closing duties to ready the restaurant for service.

What you will be doing

• Serve food and beverages promptly according to established service standards
• Ensure tables are properly set cleaned and maintained throughout service periods
• Handle guest inquiries special requests and complaints efficiently escalating concerns when necessary
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items promotions allergens and outlet operations
• Process guest bills and payments accurately
• Support colleagues during peak meal periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Follow all hygiene food safety and health amp safety standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties and ensure the restaurant is ready for service at all times

Your experience and skills include:
