Job summary

Accor is seeking a dynamic Waiter Waitress for our All Day Dining Restaurant in Ras Al Khaimah. You will deliver warm, efficient service, take orders, and ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a guest-focused mindset, at least 1 year in All-Day Dining, strong F&B knowledge, and excellent teamwork. You will maintain hygiene standards, assist with opening/closing duties, and help colleagues during peak service periods.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused and courteous service at all times.
• Minimum 1 year experience in All-Day Dining operations.
• Strong knowledge of F&B products and menu items.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional, friendly, courteous manner.
• Take guest orders accurately and communicate to kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards.
• Ensure tables are set, cleaned and maintained during service.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, escalating as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, allergens, and outlet operations.
• Process guest bills and payments accurately.
• Support colleagues during peak periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Follow hygiene, food safety and health & safety standards.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and ready the restaurant for service.
