Job summary

PHRS Hospitality Experts in Dubai is recruiting a Waiter/Waitress for luxury hospitality opportunities. You will deliver personalized service, welcome guests, and coordinate with the culinary team to ensure flawless dining experiences in a multicultural environment.

The role offers relocation to Dubai, company-provided accommodation, transport, meals, medical insurance, and ongoing training as part of a leading luxury group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a luxury dining or upscale hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Good command of spoken English; interviews will be conducted in English.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Deliver luxury food and beverage service in accordance with luxury standards.
• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized service.
• Present menus and recommend food/beverage options based on guest preferences.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure timely, accurate service.
• Prepare and maintain table settings, buffets, and service stations to high standards.
• Accurately process guest orders and special requests using the POS system.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and beverages.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and food-handling procedures.
• Support opening and closing and daily restaurant operations.

As a Waiter / Waitress, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by providing professional, personalized service while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in accordance with luxury hospitality standards.
• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism while providing attentive and personalized service.
• Present menus confidently and recommend food and beverage options based on guest preferences.
• Coordinate closely with the culinary team to ensure timely, accurate, and seamless service.
• Prepare and maintain table settings, buffets, and service stations to the highest standards.
• Accurately process guest orders and special requests using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and beverage offerings.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and food-handling procedures.
• Support daily opening, closing, and operational procedures to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter / Waitress within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Professional appearance and exceptional attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.Good command of spoken English; interviews will be conducted in English.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
