Job summary

PHRS Hospitality Experts is seeking skilled Bartenders for opportunities with a leading luxury hospitality group in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on crafting high-quality cocktails and delivering personalized service in a premium setting.

You will join our recruitment drive, participate in virtual days, and have access to company-provided accommodation, transport, medical insurance, and career development within an international team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender in a luxury/hotels setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service.
• Good cocktail preparation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English; interviews will be conducted in English.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and other beverages according to established recipes and luxury service standards.
• Deliver warm, professional, and personalized service while engaging confidently with guests.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, ingredients, garnishes, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and provide knowledgeable guidance on the menu.
• Prepare classic and signature cocktails with consistency, accuracy, and excellent presentation.
• Ensure proper bar setup, mise en place, and organization before, during, and after service.
• Monitor stock levels, rotate products following FIFO procedures, and ensure correct storage of beverages and ingredients.
• Operate bar equipment safely and maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the work area.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately in accordance with cashiering procedures.
• Follow responsible alcohol service, food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
• Respond professionally to guest feedback and contribute to a positive and memorable experience.
• Support smooth bar operations during busy service periods.

As a Bartender, you will create high-quality beverages while delivering personalized and engaging service in a luxury hospitality environment. You will combine strong beverage knowledge, technical skills, and attention to detail to create memorable experiences for every guest.

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to participate in our upcoming Virtual Recruitment Days on September 30 and October 1, 2026, meeting directly with the employer's Talent Acquisition team and Line Managers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, premium bar, or upscale hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service.
• Good cocktail preparation and presentation skills.
• Passion for guest service and creating memorable hospitality experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English; interviews will be conducted in English.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Strong attention to detail, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene knowledge or training.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
