PHRS Hospitality Experts is recruiting a Senior Bartender for a leading luxury hospitality group in Dubai, UAE. You will craft classic, signature and contemporary cocktails while delivering personalized guest service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of bartender experience in luxury settings, strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wines, and the ability to mentor junior bartenders. Relocation to Dubai is required; interviews will be conducted in English.

As a Senior Bartender, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional beverage experience, combining advanced product knowledge, strong bartending skills, and personalized guest service. You will ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation while supporting the bar team in maintaining the highest luxury service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic, signature, and contemporary cocktails, wines, spirits, beers, and other beverages according to established recipes and luxury service standards.
• Deliver engaging, professional, and personalized service while creating memorable guest experiences.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, ingredients, garnishes, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Recommend beverages confidently based on guest preferences and menu offerings.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, presentation, and service.
• Support and guide junior Bartenders in maintaining beverage and service standards.
• Maintain proper bar setup, mise en place, and organization before, during, and after service.
• Support the preparation and execution of signature cocktails and seasonal beverage offerings.
• Monitor stock levels, rotate products following FIFO procedures, and ensure correct storage of beverages and ingredients.
• Assist with inventory control and help minimize waste while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Ensure bar equipment, glassware, and work areas are properly maintained, clean, and organized.
• Follow responsible alcohol service, food safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
• Handle guest feedback and service concerns professionally and discreetly.
• Support smooth bar operations during high-volume service periods and collaborate closely with the wider Food & Beverage team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender, preferably within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, premium cocktail bar, or upscale hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service.
• Strong technical bartending skills with excellent attention to quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Experience preparing classic and signature cocktails.
• Experience supporting or guiding junior Bartenders is an advantage.
• Genuine passion for beverages, luxury hospitality, and exceptional guest service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, engaging, and professional approach when interacting with guests.
• Good command of spoken English; interviews will be conducted in English.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene knowledge or training.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
