PHRS Hospitality Experts is seeking a Hostess for a luxury Dubai property. You will be one of the first contacts for guests, warmly greeting arrivals and guiding seating in a high-end setting.

• Reservations and seating coordination experience is an advantage.

• Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail.
• Good command of spoken English; interviews will be conducted in English.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, guest arrivals, seating arrangements, and table allocation efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth seating experience.
• Maintain knowledge of reservations, restaurant availability, and special guest requests.
• Coordinate with the restaurant team to manage guest flow and table availability.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant, menu, operating hours, and hotel facilities.
• Handle calls and reservation requests professionally.
• Recognize VIP and returning guests and inform the service team accordingly.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
• Maintain reception and entrance areas to luxury standards.
• Support the team during busy service periods to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the restaurant team during busy service periods to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hostess within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong guest service mindset with a warm, confident, and professional approach.
• Previous experience with reservations and seating coordination is an advantage.
• Ability to remain organized and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail.
• Good command of spoken English; interviews will be conducted in English.
