PHRS Hospitality Experts is recruiting Barista professionals for Dubai, UAE, with virtual recruitment days on September 30 and October 1, 2026. Selected candidates will engage with Dubai’s leading luxury hospitality group and receive global career opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of barista experience in luxury/hotels or premium cafes.
• Passion for specialty coffee and guest service.
• Experience operating professional espresso machines.
• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English; interviews in English.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffees, teas, juices, smoothies and light items.
• Deliver friendly, professional service to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and upsell recommendations.
• Ensure beverages and food are prepared accurately and consistently.
• Support signature beverages while maintaining premium presentation.
• Operate coffee machines and perform daily calibration and maintenance checks.
• Monitor stock levels, rotate products per FIFO and store properly.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately following cashiering procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and hygiene in the work area.
• Respond promptly to guest feedback and contribute to a positive dining experience.

As a Barista, you will prepare premium coffee beverages and provide warm, personalized service while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation. This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals who are passionate about coffee, customer service, and creating memorable guest experiences.

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to participate in our upcoming Virtual Recruitment Days on September 30 and October 1, 2026, meeting directly with the employer's Talent Acquisition team and Line Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffees, teas, juices, smoothies, and light food items following company standards.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and personalized service to every guest.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of the menu and confidently recommend products based on guest preferences.
• Ensure all beverages and food items are prepared accurately and consistently.
• Support the preparation of signature beverages while maintaining premium presentation standards.
• Operate coffee machines and equipment, including daily calibration and maintenance checks.
• Monitor stock levels, rotate products following FIFO procedures, and ensure proper storage in accordance with food safety standards.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately while following cashiering procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene throughout the work area.
• Respond promptly to guest feedback and contribute to a positive dining experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista within a luxury hotel, specialty café, or premium hospitality environment.
• Passion for specialty coffee and exceptional guest service.
• Experience operating professional espresso machines and coffee equipment.
• Basic Food Safety & Hygiene certification or training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English; interviews will be conducted in English.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
