PHRS Hospitality Experts is seeking a Waiter to join the Food & Beverage team at a luxury property in Dubai, UAE. You will deliver attentive, personalized service and uphold the highest standards in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Ideal candidates have luxury hospitality experience, fluent English, strong guest-service skills, and a professional appearance. This is a Full-Time / International Contract with accommodation and standard benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Waiter/Waitress in luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, premium restaurant, or similar high-end hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards and sequence of service.
• Good food and beverage knowledge.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills; confident, engaging, professional.
• Professional appearance and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional, and personalized service to every guest.
• Welcome guests and assist them throughout their dining experience.
• Present menus and confidently explain dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Provide recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary requirements.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the food and beverage menu, including basic wine and beverage knowledge.
• Ensure tables and service areas are properly set up and maintained throughout service.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar, and other Food & Beverage colleagues to ensure smooth service.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests.
• Support upselling initiatives through appropriate menu and beverage recommendations.
• Participate in daily pre-service briefings and remain informed about menu updates, special events, and daily operations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and professional presentation.
• Follow established food safety and operational procedures.
• Support colleagues during busy service periods and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

This opportunity is ideal for hospitality professionals with a passion for exceptional guest service and previous experience in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or other high-end hospitality environments.

About the Role

As a Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering attentive, personalized, and professional dining service while creating memorable experiences for every guest.

You will play an important role in the daily restaurant operation, combining excellent product knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality to ensure the highest standards of service.

Working Schedule

Alternating weekly roster: 5 working days with 2 days off, followed by 6 working days with 1 day off.

Minimum 48 working hours per week, excluding meal breaks. Daily shift schedules vary depending on the outlet and department.
