As a Hostess, you will be one of the first points of contact for guests, creating a warm and welcoming first impression while ensuring a smooth arrival and seating experience. This is an excellent opportunity for hospitality professionals who are passionate about guest service, communication, and creating memorable experiences in a luxury environment.

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to participate in our upcoming Virtual Recruitment Days on September 30 and October 1, 2026, meeting directly with the employer's Talent Acquisition team and Line Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, guest arrivals, seating arrangements, and table allocation efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth and welcoming seating experience.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of reservations, restaurant availability, and special guest requests.
• Coordinate closely with the restaurant team to manage guest flow and table availability.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant, menu, operating hours, and hotel facilities.
• Handle telephone calls and reservation requests professionally.
• Recognize special occasions, VIP guests, and returning guests, communicating relevant information to the service team.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and concerns.
• Maintain the reception and entrance areas clean, organized, and presented according to luxury hospitality standards.
• Support the restaurant team during busy service periods to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Hostess within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong guest service mindset with a warm, confident, and professional approach.
• Previous experience with reservations and seating coordination is an advantage.
• Ability to remain organized and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail.
• Good command of spoken English; interviews will be conducted in English.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
