Job summary

Jobsatdubai is looking for a courteous Waiter to greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure accurate service while adhering to safety standards.

You will upsell items, deliver meals and snacks to inpatients and other guests, and coordinate with the kitchen and cashier to ensure smooth operations on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• High School or Craft course in Hospitality Industry or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and enquire about their health.
• Offer menu according to dietary preferences.
• Serve water or beverages as required.
• Provide information about menu items and take orders, confirming to avoid errors.
• Ensure orders are prepared according to the menu.
• Check quality and quantity before serving.
• Clear leftovers after guests finish meals.
• Carry dishes and flatware to the kitchen.
• Coordinate with cashier for cheque clearance and update supervisor.
• Upsell products to increase sales.
• Deliver meals and snacks to inpatients and other guests as required.
• Set up buffets for meetings/functions.

• Daily Refilling of Vending machines
