Job summary

Aldar Real Estate PJSC in Abu Dhabi seeks an AVP – Data Science to design, build, and productionize advanced analytics and AI solutions that drive measurable business value. You will collaborate with Data Product Owners, Analysts, BI Developers, and Quality Specialists to translate complex business challenges into data-driven models.

You will leverage Python, SQL, and modern ML frameworks to create scalable, explainable, governed models aligned with organizational priorities while contributing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data preparation and modeling.
• Experience with modern ML frameworks and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into data science projects with clear hypotheses and metrics.
• Prepare high-quality datasets using Python and SQL.
• Design, train, and evaluate ML models with diverse algorithms.
• Productionize AI models via reproducible pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
• Ensure explainability, fairness, and governance of models.
