Job summary

Aldar Properties PJSC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced leader to head the EPMO's AI transformation and oversee strategic initiatives. You will drive delivery of complex programs, shaping AI-enabled tools and workflows that boost productivity and manage governance.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project management, stakeholder coordination, risk control, and regular reporting to senior management, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and real estate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Computer Science or related field.
• AI certifications and PMP are advantageous.
• Experience in PMO and AI transformation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation and manage high-impact strategic projects.
• Develop tools, automations, and AI products to boost productivity.
• Establish frameworks, methodologies, and governance for initiatives.
• Monitor interdependencies, risks, and report progress to Management.
• Support business owners with high-quality project artifacts.
• Collaborate with Strategy team on research and analysis.
