Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior AI Portfolio Director to translate executive priorities into measurable AI outcomes. You will govern the AI program, prioritize use cases, and guide initiatives from idea through scalable deployment, ensuring value realization across the organization.

You will partner with engineering and business units to drive adoption, manage risks, and report progress to the Executive Office. Strong governance and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS, Engineering, Business Admin or related field.
• 10+ years of AI strategy, implementation, or related enterprise experience.
• Experience with portfolio governance, product strategy, operating models and scaled adoption.
• Familiarity with Microsoft enterprise environments (Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI, Microsoft 365).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage ADNOC’s executive AI portfolio from intake to value tracking.
• Define a stage-gated AI delivery model from idea to deployment.
• Collaborate with units to identify high-value AI opportunities across the business.
• Own ROI, productivity, cycle-time, risk, adoption, and benefit metrics.
• Ensure use cases are technically feasible, secure, and scalable.
• Drive AI fluency, change management and adoption plans.
• Create steering materials, investment cases, and executive papers.
